Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and driven E-commerce Associate to join our team full-time at our Montreal office. This role combines customer service, order management, website support, and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

This is not just a customer service role. We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in all aspects of e-commerce operations and contribute ideas to help improve the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, shipping updates, exchanges, and general support
• Review and verify orders before fulfillment to ensure accuracy
• Monitor and help manage daily Shopify operations
• Process exchanges, returns, and warranty requests
• Help update product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, tags, and collections
• Assist with inventory organization and stock updates
• Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth order processing and shipping
• Help identify customer issues and suggest improvements to systems and workflows
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback to maintain a high customer satisfaction experience
• Assist with website maintenance and quality control checks
• Support marketing initiatives including email campaigns, promotions, product launches, and social media coordination
• Assist with influencer collaborations and tracking
• Help maintain organized records and internal documentation
• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, apps, and tools that can improve operations and customer experience

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce preferred
• Experience with Shopify is a strong asset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and tools
• Experience with Gorgias, Klaviyo, Canva, social media platforms, or inventory systems is considered an asset
• Knowledge of jewelry or fashion e-commerce is an asset
• Must be dependable, proactive, and team-oriented

Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Associé(e) E-commerce fiable et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe à temps plein à notre bureau de Montréal. Ce rôle combine le service à la clientèle, la gestion des commandes, le soutien au site web et les opérations quotidiennes du commerce électronique.

Le candidat idéal est organisé, à l’aise dans un environnement rapide et capable de gérer plusieurs responsabilités avec professionnalisme et précision.

Ce poste ne se limite pas au service à la clientèle. Nous recherchons une personne qui souhaite participer activement à plusieurs aspects du commerce électronique et proposer des idées afin d’améliorer continuellement l’entreprise.

Responsabilités principales

• Répondre aux demandes des clients par courriel, téléphone, clavardage et réseaux sociaux de façon professionnelle et rapide
• Aider les clients concernant les commandes, produits, suivis d’expédition, échanges et demandes générales
• Vérifier les commandes avant l’expédition afin d’assurer leur exactitude
• Participer à la gestion quotidienne de Shopify
• Traiter les échanges, retours et demandes de garantie
• Aider à la mise à jour des produits, descriptions, prix, images, collections et catégories
• Participer à la gestion des inventaires et des mises à jour de stock
• Collaborer avec l’équipe d’expédition afin d’assurer un traitement efficace des commandes
• Identifier des améliorations possibles pour optimiser les processus internes et l’expérience client
• Faire le suivi des avis clients et maintenir une excellente satisfaction client
• Effectuer des vérifications de qualité du site web
• Soutenir les initiatives marketing, promotions, lancements de produits et campagnes courriel
• Participer au suivi des collaborations avec influenceurs
• Maintenir les dossiers et documents internes organisés
• Rester à jour sur les tendances e-commerce, applications et outils pouvant améliorer les opérations

Qualifications

• Bilingue français et anglais, parlé et écrit
• Expérience en service à la clientèle ou en commerce électronique, un atout important
• Expérience avec Shopify, un fort atout
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et résolution de problèmes
• Grande attention aux détails et sens de l’organisation
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide avec plusieurs tâches simultanément
• Attitude positive et forte éthique de travail
• Facilité à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels et outils
• Expérience avec Gorgias, Klaviyo, Canva, les réseaux sociaux ou systèmes d’inventaire, un atout
• Connaissance du domaine de la bijouterie ou de la mode, un atout
• Personne fiable, proactive et orientée vers le travail d’équipe
