Minimum Qualifications

• You are an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Licensed in Pennsylvania
• Please note that if you are not licensed in one of our operational states and/or do not hold one of the licensures listed above, we will be unable to move forward with an introductory meeting.

How can I learn more about partnering with Grow Therapy?

• If you meet the minimum qualifications, you will be asked to schedule a Zoom meeting with our Provider Recruitment team
• During this 30-minute interview, a member of our recruitment team will get to know you, your experience, and your private practice goals, while also providing an overview of Grow and the services we offer. This conversation is meant to assess whether a partnership will be a strong mutual fit.
