Prefab Housing Canada is seeking a Business Development Manager for a modular residential project located in Surrey, British Columbia

Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial modular construction sector
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, general contractors, architects, and municipal planners
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and bids to prospective clients
- Represent Prefab Housing Canada at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Collaborate with the operations and production teams to align client expectations with delivery capabilities
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and market trends using CRM tools
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company profitability goals
- Stay current on industry regulations, building codes, and emerging trends in modular construction

What you bring to the job:
- Several years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in construction, real estate, or modular manufacturing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within the British Columbia construction and development community
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in the office
- Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client meetings and site visits
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
