Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright - Balancer, Vibration Analyst to join our industrial maintenance team. This role is vital in ensuring the optimal operation of manufacturing equipment through precise vibration analysis, balancing, and mechanical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in machinery analysis, electrical systems, and mechanical maintenance, contributing to the safety and efficiency of our customers operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vibration analysis to identify equipment issues and prevent failures
• Perform balancing of rotating machinery to ensure smooth operation
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
• Perform mechanical repairs including welding, HVAC work, boiler maintenance, and other industrial tasks
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop effective repair strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing operational concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on machinery analysis and repair
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, welding techniques, and schematics interpretation
• Demonstrated ability to analyze mechanical systems using vibration analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Prior experience in customer service or team collaboration within an industrial setting is preferred

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
