We are seeking a talented Sr. Specialist, Electrical Engineer (FPGA Design) to join our FPGA Design Team and support the development of next-generation products. In this role, you will design, simulate, verify, and debug FPGA solutions using VHDL and Xilinx technologies while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years of experience
• Strong FPGA design experience using VHDL
• Experience with Questa Sim and Xilinx design tools
• Hardware verification, testing, and debugging experience
• Eligible for the Canadian Controlled Goods Registration Program and Canadian Government Security Clearance

Preferred Skills:

• Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
• Digital or Analog Video Systems
• MATLAB for algorithm development
• DO-254 or other safety-critical development standards
