Avantages
Since starting at evolvedMD, I have learned so much regarding the Behavioral Health field. The work that we do here incomparable to any other Behavioral Health services I have seen in the past. We are patient focused AND employee focused at the same time. EvolvedMD takes pride in how we care for patients to ensure no patient is left behind. We work Monday through Friday 8-5p to ensure work and personal life balance. This is definitely a workplace to consider home.
Inconvénients
As with all organizations, there will always be things to improve on. EvolvedMD is currently growing rapidly, and at times there is lack of communication or organization. With that said, evolvedMD is always open to feedback and willing to make the necessary changes to ensure everyone has the best experience.
