      Somewhat embraces new technology Most of the people in IT/Dev are great folks Office space was upgraded and is much better than it was

      Inconvénients

      Highly selective on which tech debt to address Accountability could be a lot better. Scrum No team expansion other than from bought companies Be careful, or you could wind up a "caretaker" with no clear career path. Did I mention Scrum?
