      Avantages

      ePlus has great leadership and vision at HQ/Sr. Management with excellent practices and interfaces with manufacturers. Fair to above average compensation package.

      Inconvénients

      Regions were driven by their P&L which led to isolation and limitation for execution. Regional management was nonexistent.

      They'll tell you what you want to hear to get you in the front door and then treat you like crap once you get the job absolutely worst ever stay away from Randy Rooney and the SPG group it's a toxic environment with a micromanager who has no experience with people.
