      Avantages

      The eMotion crew is a family. From assistant editors (like myself) to the producers and directors, every team member has an important say and is looked after in terms of growth and direction. Work schedules are flexible, projects are passed around for everyone to see and critique, and company parties are frequent. There is always opportunities to move to different work areas if desired (post to production, on set to off, etc.)

      Inconvénients

      Just so as not to leave this area blank I'm writing that I really couldn't come up with a single con.

      Avantages

      Really great people who are highly effective creatively and compassionate personally. A lot of opportunities to collaborate and bring your own creativity to the table.

      Inconvénients

      Could also be considered a pro: there is an improvisational approach to the work that can occasionally be a bit confusing, but at the same time is liberating and fun. Not really under their control but sometimes the locations have lots of restriction that make it challenging to do good work; however that is often the case with any type of production.
