      Avantages

      Flexible hours and time off. Friendly staff. Comfortable work place. Relaxed dress code.

      Inconvénients

      Could be better orginized. Some days are very slow. Heavy lifting is sometimes required.

      Avantages

      Small, close-knit group of coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      The owner engages in incessant micro-managment antics on a daily basis. The owner is not receptive to new ideas unless they are his own, old and out-dated ideas. Things are done on the fly without input by those directly affected. The company should be multiples bigger than it is, but will not/can not grow because the owner is its greatest impediment to growth. The health insurance is a joke. There is ZERO opportunity for advancement.
