      Avantages

      Flexible work time and location. I really enjoyed some of the people that worked there.

      Inconvénients

      Open PTO means no payout when you leave. Their sales are down and they are looking to get rid of higher paid employees.

      Success here is extremely territory dependent. If your territory is anywhere on the western half of the US, you are fighting an uphill battle between absolutely no brand recognition, and local MSPs who are much more established. The commission structure here is laughably bad. Don't expect to hit anywhere near the stated OTE. Benefits here are just as laughably bad. I've never seen health insurance have such bad coverage while still having such a high premium.
