The management is full of hot air. No one in the sales organization's "leadership" has any clue what they're doing. Quotes take forever to put together, professional services has no idea how to price, no modern tooling, no prospecting process, and the software is laughable at best. Everyone in the org that has been there a long time is so far into the cool aid that they can't see their product has horrible UX, is unintuitive crap, and can't stand up next to incumbent newcomers in the industry. Newsflash, you can't win new customer deals easily with 20-year-old marketing materials.
