well ok, first of all they fired me without any warning what so ever. The email I received after being told that I am fired said I was given formal meetings when at the time I spoke to the manager which advised the meetings were not formal or informal. It was just a meeting to see what you can improve on.
Not promoting the right people.
changing everyone title to confuse people.
giving others 'leader' or 'manager' position because that person hasn't shown any management skills.
firing people without any formal or informal meetings.
