Avantages
- they help where they can (covid, homeoffice, pregnancy, father/mother time) - working time is as flexible as the current project status allows for - freedom of ideas: if you can show, that your idea is good, you can escalate it until someone listens (usually escalation is not necessary, but it's nice to have a defined process available)
Inconvénients
- hard to get a meaningful raise, when the initial wage was very low compared to co-workers
