Challenging, Sometimes long hours, complex strategy development

- They do somewhat give you stuff to work on that is sort of related to intern position - The boss is pretty cool, interesting guy

- Feels like entire company is built by unpaid interns from the ground up - No organization in terms of work at all - Boss gets irritated if you ask for clarification, often times feels belittling - Switches up the project/task you’re working on constantly, scraps what you’re doing if he doesn’t like it or if you don’t do it in their set amount of time (which they don’t mention). - constantly texts on off times that you’ve stated
