      Dear former colleague, Thank you for your honest evaluation about your former job as a Key Account Manager/Sales Manager in Rotterdam. A good relationship with your colleagues and your manager is a great basis for developing a comfortable working environment as well as building trust. At ams OSRAM it is very important to us that you have opportunities to develop and plenty of freedom. In addition you talk about politics and management structures. All the capabilities and skills required on the various management levels are specifically developed. It is important to us to further develop our structures.       Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
