      Dear colleague, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback about your current position as a senior staff NPI program manager at our location in Singapore. With flexible working models, part-time and working from home arrangements we want to promote every colleague with a large range of offers to balance their work and life. Your feedback shows us that we are on the right track. However, you also mention some critiques. Our vision is to become the uncontested leader in optical solutions. To achieve this goal, we are currently analysing synergy and optimization potential within our organization. The new structures mean adjustment and conversion for all of us, but we are doing our best to make the transition as easy as possible for all colleagues.       Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
