Not a con I would say. But being startup things move at a faster pace. Some decisions and changes happens quickly. Would need strong passion and drive to learn and implement to survive
Had direct interactions with senior software engineers and co-founders. Gained real-world experience through designated project. Patient, welcoming environment and coworkers.
