Work from home life balance

No consistent yearly raises and no bonuses in years. Barely room for growth or “moving up.” No paid maternity leave, so you’re expected to use your own PTO which is usually only 2-3 weeks. The team morale is so low sometimes that it touches the center of the earth. Lovely coworkers, but upper management leaves something to be desired. No incentives and very little reward or praise. The company is cheap when it comes to their employees, but not their customers.
