      Avantages

      Great career growth if you seek it out. I asked for more responsibility and received it without hesitation. Compensation is competitive, the challenges are genuinely engaging, and the product team enjoys a strong level of trust from leadership. Leadership is open to feedback.

      Inconvénients

      Culture can feel a bit sterile. Everyone is friendly, but being fully remote means I barely know who works at the company outside of my immediate team. There's little shared lore or sense of fun — it's a professional environment, but not a particularly vibrant one.

      Avantages

      Scale-up start up based in Montreal. The team is bilingual. There were good opportunities for mentoring and ownership of software tasks. Work schedule flexibility and team meetings were fun.

      YouSet is a fast-paced, tech-driven environment that’s ideal for people who are motivated and want to grow quickly. The tools make quoting efficient, and there’s a strong focus on performance and results. If you take initiative, there are real opportunities to develop and take on more responsibility. The team is supportive, and you gain solid exposure to both Quebec and Ontario markets, which is valuable experience.

      Inconvénients

      The pace is high and expectations are clear, which may not suit everyone. You need to be comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
