8yFirstly, we would like to thank you for taking the time to advise us of your recent experience with Xercise4Less.
It is only through feedback that we can maintain and improve our culture and working environment. Whilst we are more than happy to address the constructive comments you have made, we feel that there are some points that are defamatory and without foundation.
We are a young business and had only 70 colleagues four years ago compared to the 801 colleagues we now employ. We have grown very quickly and we are learning how to make continual improvements across our business to support this growth and make the right changes for our valued colleagues.
In June, we launched our first ever staff survey to give our colleagues a voice and an opportunity to give us their feedback regarding their work experience and ideas about where we can improve. We have already made a number of changes and we will continue to do so to improve our culture, and the collective work experience for our colleagues.
Regarding succession planning and progression, our Learning and Development Team is growing with us and we have recently launched Fast Track 100, our management development programme, supported by our new e-learning platform for our employees to develop their skills.
Finally, your point in relation to targets and bonus payments. We set targets that are achievable and our reward policies are transparent and available for all colleagues to access. Our colleagues are earning excellent bonus and commission every month.
