Avantages

Salaries were always paid on time

Inconvénients

- HR department appeared to implement policies such as WFH arrangements primarily for their own convenience rather than the wellbeing of the broader workforce. There were a noticeable double standard in how policies were applied , with some employees receiving preferential treatment over others - Despite consistent performance and dedication, there were no salary increments which made it difficult to feel valued as an employee. The benefits offered were also limited , not reflecting the industry standard for similar roles. - There were little to no recognition for hard work, which lead to low morale among employees. Additional, communication from management was inconsistent, contributing a lack of clarify on job expectations.

Avantages

The employees are fantastic—supportive, collaborative, and genuinely good people to work with. There’s a strong family-oriented culture, and work-life balance is generally respected, which makes day-to-day work sustainable and less stressful compared to many companies in the industry.

Inconvénients

The compensation package is not very competitive compared to similar roles in the market. Some of the product technology feels outdated, which can make innovation and efficiency more challenging. Additionally, upper management can feel somewhat cliquey at times, which may impact transparency and broader team inclusion.
