Good Place to work - Avis employé Technician World Precision Instruments

I was there for 3 years. I loved the team I worked with. They were hard working, smart, fun to work with and they became friends.

Some long-term employees are resistant to change and can be reluctant to be helpful. They have some supply-chain issues. They seem to be changing direction so I don't know how helpful my experience will be moving forward.

Environment used to be much better, but still good work-life balance
