      Avantages

      Friendly environment, organized office, easy time card filling out process, I love the campus and the people on campus, everyone is working toward the same goal, very flexible.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is not that much and WPI rarely cancels school or work because it is a private institution so you often will have to go in regardless of the weather.

      Avantages

      Can be pretty easy if most of your work is office hours. I had about seven hours a week and most of the time there weren't many students.

      Inconvénients

      Grading was a lot harder than I expected. Pretty demoralizing honestly; a lot of clearly ChatGPT submissions (ECE programming class mostly with freshmen who'd never seen code before, so not surprising). Grading paper exams was fine.
