Good pay, make new connections with professors and staff, go at your own pace, an overall good experience and a great way to make ends meet while taking classes or during breaks.
Inconvénients
Limited growth as an employee - especially if you're a student. It's a small community, and depending on what job you are working and in which department you are in, you may or may not get much exposure to connection opportunities.
