No one in my position had visibility into what other teams actually needed, so I kept working off outdated or incomplete data. I would schedule meetings, send emails, and the responses came back in fragments or not at all. It felt like entire departments were operating in separate universes. People above just accepted this as normal and made decisions without basic information, which cascaded down and made everything harder. The core problem was not that communication was difficult-it was that the infrastructure and culture did not support it at all
