      You will get a designation to move to any other company

      Inconvénients

      The founder of the company has no ethics. He doesn't even know the way to interact with his employees. He thinks all are his slave. If you don't have any way or you wanna start your career, work for few years and jump from this horrible so-called software company

      Good place to learn fast. For freshers it is good company to start.
