      You can call yourself employed.

      Inconvénients

      People will treat you like you have In the name of management there is only one people. This is only a support job. When you join the company,the team member especially your senior team member will feel unsecure. and he will make such situation where you have to leave in 2-3 months. You have to struggle for work to log hours. If you are coming from a MNC or a good company then please don't join this company. New employee are frequently leaving this company in 2-3 months.

      Avantages

      I couldn't say anything good about leadership because no one made an effort to help us.

      Inconvénients

      Being the newest member of the team, I was constantly monitored and picked on by the manager. It felt terribly uncomfortable with prying eyes on the entire time and also ridiculous when I think about it.
