      Very accommodating when it comes to time off or short notice to leave work.

      Inconvénients

      Manager to employee ratio very high. Poor communication. Requests or ideas die on the vine and there is no follow thru.

      Avantages

      This is the best RV dealership in the mid-west. I am very fortunate to have worked with this team for many years. I have a lot of love and respect for them. I would highly recommend them for all of your RV needs.

      Inconvénients

      Sales all work every Saturday, but get Sunday and a day off during the week, which can also be a valuable benefit, as you can accomplish things during a weekday that you might not accomplish on a Saturday.
