      Avantages

      Its a job. Owners are hardly ever around. Very little supervision. Personal time/sick time/vacation time is reasonable.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is horrible, lots of yelling from the owners when they decide to show up, yearly reviews are at least 6 months late, no end of the year bonus anymore, horrible raises, no training at all, hardly any work to be done. Websites related to job searching are blocked.

      Avantages

      Small company with great opportunity to learn new things and getting involved in a veracity of prophets and learn a lot of different solutions.

      Inconvénients

      Had many great years but economic downturn and market factors etc took them out.
