Avantages
Management is pretty understanding about time off and is willing to give a lot of flexibility. Working remote is the norm now, which is great, and the pay is reasonable.
Inconvénients
Very 'numbers-focused', and there's a lot of focus around selling, even when you're not in any kind of sales position. Tuition assistance is touted as a benefit for working here, but when applied for, it was denied due to 'not being in the budget'
