Inconvénients
Visual Pak is a collection of packaging companies that exist under one corporate umbrella. This umbrella encompasses Recruitment, HR and EHS. The company makes hiring and firing decisions on a constant basis, which is why few people have been there longer than 2 years. This company has no integrity from a corporate standpoint. The corporate umbrella supposedly exists to support the member packaging companies. Unfortunately, since these companies are effectively 'clients', it means that their decisions are made to cater to these companies. THAT INCLUDES SAFETY. They have the most atrocious safety record I have ever seen in my entire career and they have no intention to fix it. In the last eight months, they have cut corporate staff by close to half and have lost major business. Everyone is stressed and the bosses are extremely negative. You will receive no direction and your ideas will be shot down. They hire some positions just so they "have them" and look good to the member companies. For these reasons, I caution anyone looking at a job offering by Visual Pak. They continue to hire even though they have no intention of maintaining employees.
