      Avantages

      If you are new employee they give you what you want unfortunately they do not care about current employees.

      Inconvénients

      Worked for the company that was bought by Vision Inovation Partners. When I found out new hires were making 4 dollars an hour more than me without experience I asked to be raised to compensate for my many years of experience, and they wouldn't even offer me what new hires were starting at.

      You'll have money to survive on.

      Inconvénients

      Shady 'top' execs (you're not even sure what their function is other than to bark orders) tell you to bill incorrectly for max revenue. Don't question them-or you'll get canned. No integrity, whatsoever. Don't even try to have a personality because they won't like it. If you're fine with being a soulless worker drone with your eyes and ears closed to what is right and just do only what they tell you to do in order to obtain a paycheck, then this is the place for you.
