      Avantages

      Small company mentality so employees can really make a difference.

      Inconvénients

      There are way too many VPs who are unqualified. The VPs are getting paid too high while the non-VPs are getting pennies. They hire relatives, wives, best friends, neighbors whether they are qualified or not. There are different rules for different people. Some people can work from home and some cannot. So many drama within the company.

      Avantages

      Everyone is extremely hard-working and supportive of each other.

      Inconvénients

      This is a remote company so while some love being remote (I love being remote), it isn't perfect for all personalities.

      Some good benefits, great coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Constant mismanagement of tasks and responsibilities. Some of the leadership team members gave impossible goals that were hard to meet with such a small team.
