You gain a lot of insight of community services that serve victims of domestic violence. Great insight to interventions for diverse cultures who experience domestic violence.
Inconvénients
Petty employees, in particularly upper management. Upper management gossips about other departments. Poor framework of organization. LCSW lacks accountability and pinpoints blame on departments/staff workers.
