Avantages

My experience with this company was really dissapointing.

Inconvénients

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. They do not stand by their consultants or provide any real support when problems arise with client organizations. I was left completely on my own in a difficult situation, and their communication was minimal and unhelpful. Vector Synergy keeps a very large percentage of your salary while offering almost nothing in return. They present a professional image online, but behind that façade there is a lack of transparency, fairness, and respect for the people who actually do the work. There are many other consulting firms that treat their consultants with professionalism and integrity. I strongly advise professionals in the international sector to avoid working with Vector Synergy.

Avantages

Avantages

In general - no pros. They are polite until the moment you sign contract with them and then they show their real face.

Inconvénients

I would strongly advise contractors to think twice before working with Vector Synergy. From my experience, this is one of the slowest-paying NATO contracting companies. Invoice payments are significantly delayed compared to other vendors in the same ecosystem, which can create unnecessary financial pressure for contractors. At the same time, the company appears to operate with a very high margin, meaning that the contractor receives a noticeably lower rate than what is billed to the client. When you compare this with other NATO contracting firms, the difference becomes quite obvious. Support for contractors is practically non-existent. Once you are placed, there is little to no engagement or assistance, even when issues arise. The focus seems to be entirely on winning positions and keeping them filled, regardless of the actual person behind the role. Communication can also be problematic. There are instances where the tone becomes pushy or even rude, especially when it serves their interests. Candidates are sometimes pressured into accepting roles that do not match their profile or preferences, particularly after security clearance has already been initiated or obtained. Overall, the approach feels transactional and one-sided.
