      Avantages

      Leadership is great. Cant say enough about the leaders and my peers. All the way from the interview process to now, I've received nothing but honesty, and transparency. My team mates are awesome, helping at every turn. We are also fortunate to sell superb products that are actually worth their weight. Ive literally not had a bad experience while working for Validity.

      Inconvénients

      The challenges at Validity are minimal and for what its worth just normal for an inside sales position. Cant really find anything notable to speak about in this case.

      Avantages

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Inconvénients

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

      Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
