Great place to work prior to 2019. New COO and CEO, both who couldn't make it at competitor insurances, now running the show and have sucked all life from, and reason to work for, the company. They completely urinated down their leg when COVID happened and never recovered. They've closed all their own labs and have laid off a ton of their customer service workers and supervisors in the last 6 months, and constantly lie to and keep changes from their remaining employees and then act like you're the unprofessional one for asking questions and demanding answers.
