      Avantages

      GG is helpful in building up your resume as you get to work on some fantastic brands. The manpower is talented as Ogilvy employs some of the best names in the industry. Overall, its a good learning experience. The environment is very friendly. HR takes care of basic needs.

      Inconvénients

      No work life balance. But since its advertising field, this comes like a baggage. The HR needs to work a lot on keeping the employees engaged. There are no celebrations on festivals / b'days / anniversary etc. Salary is lower than other agencies.

      Avantages

      Loved the great people I worked with at VMLY&R Commerce. Some of the brightest in the industry. I was given so much opportunity to lead. I had great clients and will always be grateful for my 2 years here.

      Inconvénients

      I worked here during the pandemic so I didn’t get a lot of opportunity to get any kind of training or continued learning opportunities.
