      Rules and financial restrictions on hiring/ contracts/ suppliers as ordered by holding company - means not able to respond quickly to local opportunities, not enough local autonomy.

      Avantages

      Loved the great people I worked with at VMLY&R Commerce. Some of the brightest in the industry. I was given so much opportunity to lead. I had great clients and will always be grateful for my 2 years here.

      Inconvénients

      I worked here during the pandemic so I didn’t get a lot of opportunity to get any kind of training or continued learning opportunities.
