Avantages
The only pros is the location and the no dress code. And the CEO, Julian Waits, is also a good man even though he has no clue about what is going on internally in his own company.
Inconvénients
The company is managed by incompetent and inexperienced staff members, there is no accountability or professionalism. Even though the company sells security products, there are no real security practitioners or people who understand security. Management is very disconnected from Operations and internal processes. Each department over-spends and every other quarter a large number of staff are laid off or terminated with no thought of their importance. It is very unstable and it is only a matter of time before it declares bankruptcy and/or permanently closes.(sadly)
