Avantages

The hiring process is quick, and there is not too much oversight, depending on your management. The work is simple and easy.

Inconvénients

Poor management and standardization, they have grown too quickly and are losing their grasp on their employees and control of their sites. They also operate a bit of a revolving door when it comes to new employees, very little training and bad retention.

I got bait and switched by being given a lower position than what I applied for. They are unwilling to work with you, would rather try to make you quit A guard that performed worse than me is still on payroll despite multiple incidents
