Changing work environment - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) V2X

After the merger of Vertex and Vectrus to form V2X the management style and culture of the company has changed drastically. Too much of micromanagement, discrimination, confusion and inconsistencies in the process and approval levels. They call it process improvement but in reality no improvement but unnecessary delays in everything to do with their HQ. The senior leadership is not at all supportive.
