      Avantages

      Although I am no longer working with Upflex, I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 years I spent working on the Marketing team. I worked under some incredible talent and was able to learn and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment. The leadership at Upflex was exceptional and although we were a remote-first team, there were always opportunities to get involved and feel part of a strong team. Thank you Christophe, Ginger, and Alex for a great 2-years. I wish you nothing but the best!

      Inconvénients

      For me personally, I was a UK based employee of a US based company. I would have loved to have more opportunities presented to me for in-person team meets. Understandably, this is not always easy.

      Avantages

      Work both interesting and relevant. Innovative solutions helping organizations optimize workplace strategies. Collaborative team where you feel comfortable asking questions and contributing ideas. Satisfied with the pay and benefits – definitely much better than what I received at my previous workplaces.

      Inconvénients

      Always be prepared to learn because every client has unique goals.

      Avantages

      The workspace design was functional and I had solid people around me.

      Inconvénients

      • Daily plans were constantly overwritten without explanation • Urgent work kept changing week to week with no context • Conflicting instructions made priorities impossible to follow • More time was spent clarifying expectations than doing actual work • Leadership decisions lacked context and only created more confusion • There was no alignment on what actually mattered
