      Most coworkers are kind and understanding

      Work-life balance is difficult, only 5 days of PTO yearly, poor insurance benefits with a high deductible, company is being taken over by Unity Point and is changing many policies in a negative way

      Avantages

      The only thing about this place is my coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Training. Management. Definitally have favorites. Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
