Education for new grads through residency program, decent nurse to patient ratios, opportunity for picking up shifts depending on floor staffing, supports diversity
Inconvénients
They seem to push new grad nurses where they have the most need and once you're there they aren't open to moving you, sometimes ratios are too high for either patients to RN or patients to CNA
