      interesting problems, fun culture, free food

      Inconvénients

      lack of accountability and leadership. engineers with long tenure get a free pass for doing nothing. hiring bar is set so low just to meet head counts. HR and recruiters are known to post fake reviews on here,

      Thanks for the review- sounds like you like some of our perks, the food, and our culture. Regarding reviews, our HR team is focused on things like culture, training, and benefits, and doesn't have the time to write reviews- plus there are technology filters and algorithms the site has set up to detect fraud. I encourage you to reach out to your manager or anyone on our leadership team to discuss your issues in person.

      Avantages

      -Flexible WFH environment -Decent work life balance and good benefits for the US based employees

      Inconvénients

      -CEO and CFO insist on being based in New York, when the Company is based in SF. Earnings calls are at 5:30am because screw you West Coast. -CFO will stop at nothing until all the G&A, Accounting, Tax, and, Finance team members are located in Bangalore in an effort to cut costs. Offshoring is massive here and will only continue to expand. -Constant anxiety about layoffs. Sometimes they announce mass layoffs, but more often do it in smaller waves so as to not rattle the cage. -Top heavy org structure. There's probably as many or more SVP, VPs, Sr. Dir level folks as there are individual contributors/leads.
