Great to hear you are loving working at Unity! We have expanded to now 31 offices around the world - so have to leverage things like Slack and Video Conferencing to keep in touch.
Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
