The executive team is negligent and greedy. The only thing the ceo cares about is lining his own pockets at the expense of the employees. Outside of lending, everything else gets neglected. IT systems are old and dysfunctional because they refuse to invest in systems that work. Wfh basically nonexistent because of paranoia and micro-manage mentality
