      Avantages

      Depending on location upper management is pretty good. The pay, benefits and 401k are really good you also get stocks.

      Inconvénients

      Hours depending on store they will have you work Saturday. Also some management plays the good old boy system and relies on good employees but rewards the bad ones.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
